Hello I’m Abdullah, and I’m a NASM certified trainer. My passion for sports started since I was a kid, as I fell in love with Soccer. My journey of creating a healthy lifestyle and bodybuilding started the moment I decided to lose weight, and to be healthy in 2012.
Before that, I suffered from overweight during my teenage years. I educated myself, took the right guidance, and followed the steps until I achieved my goal and became a fit, and an active man. I was about 250 pounds, and I managed to lose more than 60 pounds naturally from dieting and exercising which helped me to gain muscles. It was a challenge, but I enjoyed the process. Since then I kept challenging myself for new goals and helped training a big group of my friends. Guiding them, and sharing the joy of their progress made me realize that I wanted to be a personal trainer.
I specialize in losing weight, weight training, bodybuilding, HIIT, and circuit training. I can help you to achieve your goal whether its losing weight or bodybuilding. I will guide you every step of this journey and help you with your nutrition and workout plan to reach your goal.
