My name is Alice and I am a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
I have been a personal trainer for a few years now, and I provide strength training based fitness programs and custom diet plans for my clients. I aim to pursue a certification in nutritional coaching, which includes forming tailored recommendations for diet plans and adding supplements for a healthy routine.
After following fad diets and experiencing an eating disorder in high school, I learned a lot from trial and error about what it means to be healthy. My weak body confidence and desire to learn real exercise solutions fueled my decision to gain education in fitness. I know exactly how clients feel when they say they’re discouraged, fear change, and are tired of seeing no results after several attempts. Educating myself about using strength based exercise and a balanced diet has changed my physique, mentality, and relationship with my body for the better. I believe everyone deserves to feel stronger, healthier, and happier throughout their fitness journey. For the past few years I have been focused on strength training, interval-based training, and cardio. Following a healthy diet and exercise regime plays a huge role in our ability to feel well in the long term!
My programs are tailored to each individual’s needs and health history. I will take into account their fitness goals, current fitness level, concerns during training, and I will prep them for a path to sustainable wellness. No cookie cutter plans here!
