Welcome to OFG!

I’m Dan from Stamford, CT! I’ve been fully immersed in the fitness industry for the past 3 years and I have experience working with people of all ages, genders and fitness proficiency. I’m hoping that by stopping in this means you’re looking to take your fitness journey to the next level and OFG would love to come along for the ride!

I have always spent time in the gym from High School where I was really active on sports teams, through college where friendships were forged in the old rundown gym to post college where maintaining a semi healthy lifestyle helped with coping with some of the real world stresses. Around the time I turned 28, I realized that I needed an extra spark to keep my motivation running on high. At that point I made the decision to compete in my first physique competition and there has been no turning back.

Since then, I have found a true passion for not only transforming my body but helping others transform theirs. The human body is capable of so much and when you set it up for success with proper nutrition and a regimented training program, the sky is the limit. The first step is always the hardest. And living a healthy & balanced lifestyle should not be about sacrifice. It should be fun & fulfilling and I want to be your partner on this journey.

As your trainer, I want your goals to immediately become my goals. I want to help you achieve your health, fitness and/or nutrition goals. I’ll be there every step of the way. I’ll be providing constant feedback, support and tailoring a plan that fits your needs/lifestyle. Together we can achieve success and I look forward to the journey.

Although I only worked with Daniel for a short time, he was able to shape my program and my meal plan to meet my expectations and my hectic schedule by constantly asking for feedback and communicating with me at all times. He kept me focused on on our goal throughout the program and motivated me to push the limits. I am very happy with the results and learned a lot from him in the process. Whether your goal is to lose fat or build muscle, I definitely recommend Daniel to anyone, as he is an exceptional trainer.

I cannot stress enough how easy Dan made these last 45 days for me. From adjusting my macros based on my body's response to the diet and exercise to just being supportive and encouraging, I know I could have not have made the progress I did without Dan's help. He is very knowledgeable and willing to work with his clients any time of day to help them meet their goals!
