Hello! I’m TK and I want to help you create a better version of yourself through fitness. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist and have been in the fitness industry (both group and personal training) for 4 years. I grew up in sports–10 years of competitive cheerleading, sprinkled with soccer, track, and even quidditch, as I am ALWAYS up for a challenge :).

I focus on all aspects of wellness with my clients. Your overall wellbeing is extremely important, not only to me as your coach, but also in order to see positive bodily responses! Our emotions and self-confidence are often factors in whether or not we reach our full potential. I am here to help you break down anything and everything that stands in your way–even if it’s your own mentality.

Growth does not happen overnight. It is my job to give you the education and resources you need to continuously make progress towards your personal goals and lifestyle habits. I believe in the power of self-efficacy and self-reliance, as we must TRUST OURSELVES and all the amazing things we are capable of achieving! I believe we all have the power to change the world. I want to use my power to change how we understand health, fitness, and nutrition.

Personally, I am big into strength training and HIIT training, as both styles make me feel empowered. For my clients, I will ALWAYS tailor the exercises to what YOU need and respond best to. I am also HUGE into nutrition and will talk about food for days if you let me. There is no such thing as a bad food. We must use food properly to fuel our movements and get the results we want to see and feel. When we fuel our bodies properly, we’re finding balance between the nutrients that we need, the foods that we enjoy, and the exercises that we perform. When our bodies are balanced, we move better and feel better–and that’s the most important part of any health regime.

Whether you’re trying to lose fat, build muscle, clean up your diet, or just get into a sustainable routine, I’m your gal! I’m passionate towards helping others and hope I get the opportunity to help you!
