Grilled Veggie Loaded Turkey Burger

“Grilled Veggie Loaded Turkey Burger” is a must try recipe! This recipe is designed to produce mouth watering turkey burgers infused with nutritious veggies to not only sky rocket the nutritional value of the meal, but also tickle the taste buds.

 

Grilled Veggie Loaded Turkey Burger

Ingredients:

1 Diced (small) Green Zucchini

1 Diced (small) Yellow Zucchini

2 Eggs (whisked)

1 Package (1.5lb) Lean Ground Turkey

1 Diced Sweet Onion

12 Minced Mushrooms (7oz)

3/4 Cup Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs

*Note: Even if you despise mushrooms, do not skip them. I swear you will not even taste them!

Directions:

Step 1 – Mix all ingredients with hands in mixing bowl

Step 2 – Form into patties

Step 3 – Grill on medium to high

Step 4 – Wrap in lettuce and add your favorite toppings

The “Grilled Veggie Loaded Turkey Burger” recipe is great because by adding all of the hearty veggies to the ground turkey, it triples the total amount of patties.

After I grill these bad boys up, I love loading them with guacamole, turkey or pork bacon, onion, tomato, and then wrapping them up in lettuce. Enjoy!
