Cucumber Wrapped Sushi Rolls

If you have patience and tiny hands you too can be a master sushi chef. If you don’t have patience or tiny hands do not attempt. I have now made sushi three times and it does get easier each time. I used a peeler for the cucumber to slice it very thin. A mandolin would work great as well! I made two different versions; ahi rolls and California rolls. The last few time I made the California rolls I did not add any carrot or bell pepper but it’s all about preference and playing around with different ingredients! Have fun my young grasshoppers, I hope you enjoy making sushi as much as I do!
