Seafood Linguine
You guys are so lucky I hired a professional model to display our food this week, just kidding I made my husband do it. Between the high top chucks and seafood tower I’m sold, Ill take them both! Seafood, linguine, and garlic oh my! This stuff is not a joke and if you really want to bring it home shave a little fresh parm over the top, naughty I know. I hope ya’ll had as good of a week as I had and remember to live a little…….eat pasta!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 organic chopped parsley
- 1/4 stick grass fed butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 minced shallot
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 lemon zest
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 package quinoa linguine
- 2.5lb raw seafood medley (scallops, calamari, mussels, and shrimp)
Directions:
1. Cook linguine, rinse, and set aside
2. Saute minced shallots and minced garlic cloves in butter for 3 minutes
3. Add seafood, white wine, and lemon juice; cover and cook over medium heat for 5-7 min.
4. add linguine, chopped parsley, and lemon zest
