With only 4 ingredients: cayenne, lemon, turmeric, and raw honey; it’s a quick way to start your day off on the right foot. S Cayenne provides detox support, boosts metabolism, and supports weight loss. Lemon provides a natural source of vitamin C, A, and E. Turmeric is one of my new favorites!
Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, a strong anti-oxidant, and even considered an anti-depressant. Lastly, raw honey. I buy mine organically made in the city I live. Honey is amazing for energy (can be your pre workout), packed full of vitamins, and, if you buy honey from where you live, it will help with allergies! Ingredients:
- 1 juiced organic lemon
- 1/4t organic cayenne
- 1/4t organic turmeric
- 1/2T raw honey
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together over ice
- Take as a shot or sip like an old fashion
